Do you offer generic workout or diet templates?

No. Coaching is built around your goal, schedule, data, and response rate. Generic templates are not the product.

How does online coaching work?

Coaching runs remotely through WhatsApp and structured check-ins. Training, nutrition, cardio, and adjustments are built from your feedback and progress data.

Do you work with clients outside your country?

Yes. Coaching is fully remote. Current and past clients are based across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Italy, and Bulgaria.

How long before I see results from coaching?

Most clients see measurable changes within 4 to 6 weeks of consistent execution. The exact timeline depends on your starting point, your goal, and how tightly you follow the protocol.

Do you offer fat loss coaching, muscle building coaching, and contest prep?

Yes. You can start from the dedicated pages for fat loss coaching, muscle building coaching, or contest prep coaching.

Can I cancel coaching anytime?

Yes. Coaching is billed monthly. If you decide to stop, you stop at the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Mention it before starting. Training and nutrition need to reflect your actual situation. This coaching does not replace medical advice.
