Do you work with clients outside your country?

Yes. Coaching is fully remote. Clients are currently based in Cyprus, Italy, Bulgaria, and other countries. Everything runs through WhatsApp and structured check-ins.

How long before I see results?

That depends on how consistently you execute the protocol. Most clients see measurable changes within 4–6 weeks of consistent execution. The timeline is directly tied to your adherence.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Coaching is monthly. If you decide to stop, you stop at the end of the paid period. No lock-ins.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Mention it in your application. Protocols are adjusted based on your actual situation, not a generic template.
